how to flash a custom recovery to the cubot x6 and wich is suitable

hi,
i have a cubot x6 with android 4.4.2 and i would like to flash a custom recovery to it so i can use a custom rom.
But i am new to android flashing and i can't good guides for my phone.

i hope you can help me
