How to flash TMobile one plus 7pro

Can someone give me step by step how to do this. Was told it can be done and people have done it with no issues after doing it . I would appreciate it thank you all

From looking at the site @Dannydet posted, I think you use a computer, and that site has the procedure as well. I don't know much about this phone, so can't really help you. If you're still unsure, maybe see if there's any YouTube videos showing you what to do step by step? Good luck.
