How to for Launcher Pro Plus?

I really like this look:

Is this all done via Launcher Pro plus or are there other apps involved? I searched as much as I could and really couldn't come up with a good guide on how to get started with LP+.

Well the background picture I do recognize, it is from an app called rare black wallpapers or something, but that is all I can say I do like the clock very nice

beautiful widgets plus a whole lot of custom icons for lpp. check some of the skinning threads guys will upload their icon packs sometimes. the signal meter is also probably a custom widget.

What about the icons along the bottom?

There are tons of text icons out there because how easy it is to make them. At the same time, there's no real effort to distribute them, so links are rather difficult to find.

The Sixtytwo percent looks like Minimalistic Text's battery reading.

Clock/weather widget at the top looks like a skin from Beautiful Widgets.

The only thing that looks of any interest to me are those icons along the bottom. Beautiful. I simply have LauncherPro (not plus).
Can this be done with the free version?
