Help How to gain extra memory on my android phone

I keep getting the message that memory is full. I deleted numerous apps and pictures that i wanted to keep. Then, I thought that will give me the added space i needed. However, the same message returned. As a result, i went into the apps feature to store pictures and videos to the sd card and USB storage unit, and the promt indicated, couldn't move , no space on disc. Hence the reason, i am posting this article. I need to store my pictures and videos to sd card or USB unit. Please help if you can. I am frustrated.Thanks.

What phone and what OS version? Sorry, but that information is relevant to this.

Info about the actual free space on your devices (internal storage and sd) may also help.

I am also facing the similar problem.....But whenever I am in need of more space, I delete my Gmail history.

What phone do you have? Some phones have SDCard to Internal .zips that make the phone think sdcards are internal memory. Only a few. But the phone name will really help.
