how to get custom titles?

i have been here for a while and noticed that some users have custom title under their name.
i see that regular users become members, senior members etc. but nothing fancy like "check six " as one of the mods have. just curious how that happens. i saw guides having them too.
anyone care to explain?

I believe to change your custom user title, you'd need to go "Premium":

Your username will also change to gold color and then your can change your user title.
Staff like guides and mods are the only ones who can change their user title. (besides premium members)

Hi! Like my 'Take a deep breath'?
Go to 'user cp' in the upper left, in the green bar. And select 'edit your details' to customize your user tile. I cannot recall though if the rights to set that, comes with the premium pack..
