How to get my app back?!

I have an Lg optomius (android) and I uninatalled download manager because it was causing my phone to freeze up and it would take too long to download. But now I need it back because my phone wont let me download anymore. How do I get it back?

As far as I know, you need a factory reset. I don't think I would trust side loading a third party copy, and unless you made a backup before deleting, I don't think you can get it back.
So now would be a good time to back up all your data and do a factory reset.
