How to get paid apps back without paying again?

Mada

I had to get a factory reset on my phone. All of my apps are now gone.

I know that paid apps are there if you use the same gmail account. However, only one of my paid apps showed up, out of maybe 5? I'm totally lost on what to do to avoid paying for the apps again to get them back... can anyone help out?

Thanks!

Did you search the market for them, or just look in the list? If you search, it should say "purchased" next to it.

Just make sure you sign into the market using the same email addresss as you used before. When you search for the apps you paid for before, where it showed a price previously it will say 'purchased'. You can then redownload any app by using the normal method.

I did sign in with the correct gmail account. The application is "No Root Screenshot It". I do not see "purchased" anywhere when I visit the app on the market.

sign in to your Gmail account then go to market.

How many times do I have to say that I already did this and it's still not there?

I signed into my original gmail account and it's not there. I paid for it because I see it on my online banking account.

If you are sure that the phone is using the original gmail account as the primary account, and you have a receipt for the app that was emailed to that gmail account, contact the developer so they can credit you and report the glitch.

Maybe the dev has changed the app to an extent so it isn't the same app as before.

You should contact the dev.

EDIT: I had an paid app on my phone which didn't exist in market any more ;)
