howdo i get out of touchwiz on galaxy rush

TouchWiz is Samsungs Android interface/overlay/launcher ... whatever you want to call it. The only way to truly get rid of it is to root your phone and install custom firmware. We'd be glad to help you with that, but you'll need to sign up first so we can walk you through it. Click Here to sign up. 
Now, if you simply want to change the way your phone looks, you can install a different launcher like Apex, or Go Launcher. These are free in the Google Play store.
If Touchwiz is giving you an error, you might want to try restarting your phone or, if necessary, perform a factory reset. You can do that using the buttons on your phone at startup. Since I don't have the Galaxy rRush, I'm not quite certain, but you can try several of the methods here.
