How to get quadratum start

Today I installed a game, named "Quadratum" .
after run it and input new player's name, I find no where to start the game. no OK button, Start button.
I pressed the "enter"Key on the keyboard, just no reaction.

Howcome???

Hello! It's very simply. Enter the name, it will be the name of your profile. Tap name, profile is applied and thus go to the menu. Press 'Play'. Select 'Single' or 'Multiplayer'. Select 'Tournament'. Have fun!
