How to get rid of Call Services Notifications

RonX2

When I carry my phone (and it's not locked), very often my hand touches the New Voicemail notification and that causes the Voice Mail to run. I don't need such a reminder. Is there a way to get rid of this notification? Thanks and hopefully this is the right forum to ask such a question in.

If you're prone to accidentally touching the screen and inadvertently starting up certain a certain app, would moving that app's icon to a different location on the screen make a difference -- i.e. if the icon is at the bottom of the screen move it and leave that spot open so nothing else gets started up by mistake.

Since it's a notification, you can't move it--but you can turn it off. Since you don't need a reminder for new VM, just turn off its alert and check VM when convenient.

But the notifications are for Call Services, not Visual Voice Mail.
Your OP said: "my hand touches the New Voicemail notification and that causes the Voice Mail to run. I don't need such a reminder." And nothing about Call Services.

Can you post a screenshot of what this notification looks like? That might help narrow things down.
