How to get rid of "talk over WiFi" when I am on WiFi?

The option of talking over WiFi when I am connected to the WiFi is great, however, at some parts of my house WiFi is really weak and when I am connected to WiFi people can't hear me at all. Is there a way to make this over WiFi phone call optional without disconnecting WiFi?

I have a solution for a different problem than the one you're asking, but you really should redo your network so that you have good coverage all over the house. (It's possible - if you don't know how, I KNOW that there are people near you who do and would help you. SF Bay area? Whether you know it or not, you're probably tripping over them every day.)

Do you have good cellular access in your house? If so, did you chose "Cellular network preferred" in WiFi calling preferences? Or why not just toggle off WiFi calling?
