How to get rid of "Zoe" ?

My daughter is extremely upset.

There is an app that is getting in the way of her doing what she wants, and it is overlaying most of her good apps.

She can't use the HTC camera because ZOE is in the way.

She has tried to uninstall it, to no avail.

i did a search on it and found it is made by Creative Apps or Media? don't care who, just want the damn thing off the phone.

Hi, I have never had a problem with ZOE - I've never used it and haven't really had a play with it to see what it does, which is unlike me. It certainly doesn't prevent me using the camera.

Have you tried disabling it?

She disabled it last night, and that stopped it from getting in the way at last.
Is this something like Verizon's bloatware? It is on the ROM?

Zoe is an HTC attempt at being social. Poorly implemented if you ask me
