Help How to get the "Battery full" notification from constantly showing up and covering display?

When plugged in, my phone keeps getting the "Battery full please unplug" notification. It covers the top of the screen and cant be wiped off. I have to unplug it for it to go away.....VERY ANNOYING! Called Samsung, they said nothing can be done. They were wrong. Anyone have this problem??

If Samsung were wrong i take it you have solved the problem?

I did....after many hours. I can now keep it plugged in without the damn notification appearing every couple of seconds. If this is happening to anyone else, I will gladly take the time to explain how I bypassed it.

I have the same problem with lg g3. Would appreciate it of you post ur solution.
