Beautiful Widgets will work on any android phone. You can make it look very similar to the HTC flip clock, but it can be customized a million different ways.

just a fyi, but from my experience Fancy Widget Pro gives you a more accurate copy of the htc clock/weather widget then beautiful widget's. Pretty much spot on minus the actual flip of the clock....and yes it will work on youre samsung
