Help How to get the "New Theme Engine" on Andriod 4.2.2

I am trying to get an Andriod Lolipop theme on my phone but unfortunately they all need this new theme engine found in Kitkat roms. Is there a way to get the new theme engine for 4.2.2 Aokp?

OP: Another possibility is to install Xposed framework and the HKTheme Manager module. The HKMaterial theme is compatible (based on CM10.2), and will get you most of the way there.
