I bought mine directly from google. Registered the device, verified my credit card and started downloading the apps. However, I noticed that I don't get the

How do you get that? on the nexus or through the web browser?

I took the screenshot from the web browser, but the credit is available as a payment option on the market app too.

In my case, I already had a card on my account when I first logged into the nexus 7, so I got mine pretty much instantly.
 
It's the Google Wallet site (wallet.google.com). The same site you had to use/have an account on to actually buy the Nexus. I think there's a default Google Wallet app on the Nexus too.

When I tried to buy an app, I got a message on browser saying there was a problem to buy an app for the nexus.

I see the card, I don't see the voucher there.
 
Did you have the card registered when you set up the Nexus?

I believe you need to have the wallet setup with a card first, then setup your Nexus

For me I got it almost instantly, as soon as I set the Nexus up I got an email from Google saying I had the
