Help How to get to App Drawer

New to Android 4.4.2, I read some tips and tutorial, they say "Navigate to App Drawer" but don't tell me how or where is the App Drawer. How do I get to the App Drawer?

Home screen, usually bottom of screen, middle of the icons, looks like a collection of little squares or dots.
