Help How to get Windows ME connected to the internet within Limbo PC Emulator?

I was able to get Damn Small Linux (DSL) connected and browsing, but when I tried to do the same with Windows ME, it said there was no modem connected.

My phone is the Galaxy S6, and the my settings are Core2Duo (64bit), 4 core, 496MB RAM, User network mode, PCnet network card, std vga configuration, SDL user interface, 5GB HDD, All Sound configuration,Boot from CD Rom, Enable Multithread, High Priority.

Mods, if this is in the wrong forum section, please move it.

Networking not working in Windows 9x is often because it needs a driver for the network card, which is emulated by Limbo here. Go into the Windows control panel, may find that the networking is showing an question mark or exclamation symbol, indicating it needs a driver or other problem.

Limbo is only stated as supporting certain Linux distros, not Windows or OS/2 etc.

When you're running emulators like Oracle VirtualBox on a PC or Mac, they have a specific drivers "CD" that you can mount into the guest OS, to install the required drivers, like network, sound or display.
