Help How to get XP to play with it?

When i plug mine into XP it has no idea what to do with it.

Is their something i need to do on my phone? Or a driver i need to install?
 
Actually none of that is needed, i just needed to unplug it and plug it in again, XP was just being funny, picks it up fine now.
