How to get Youtube & Maps to look for Bluetooth Data?

Hello,

Is there a way to make apps like Youtube & Maps look for a Bluetooth hotspot, instead of wifi or network?

Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.

In my experience, Bluetooth dun is disabled in the phones bt client. I wish it wasn't the case. I'd like to know what others have found, though.

I've seen some apps that do this in reverse, Bluetooth tether is one example.

Offtopic but gpstether shares your phones gps coordinates with another Android tablet, etc..., but I'm not sure if it works for navigation. Imagine using a tablets large screen as the ultimate gps, like a car with a built-in GPS but also other apps!

*The app is named Bluetooth tethering manager.

Hopefully someone comes out with a program that can trick apps into thinking that they're looking at a wifi connection, when they're actually looking at BT.

I tried the app mentioned above, but it didn't seem to do much other than to turn on the BT tethering. Thanks for recommending it, it seems pretty nice.
