Apps How to give users the ability to upload pictures to their profile and a live feed

Hey everyone,

I'm currently developing a social media app for android but I'm stuck on a rather important part. How do you give users the ability to upload pictures to their profile? Also, how do you make those pictures show on a live feed (similar to apps like instagtam, facebook, tumblr, etc.)? I know this is a lot to ask but if you guys can get me on the right track or give me a link to somewhere with this information I would really appreciate it.
