how to hard reset zenithink c93

On your device, go to your app drawer and then thus:

Settings -> <under Personal> Backup & reset -> Factory Data Reset

Follow the prompts to finish.

I have a problem, my tablet has a code, which I do not remember and the worst thing is that I have not had an Internet connection, and when I try hard reset, it sends a "not valid kernel" message
