How to hear yourself talk with headphones

I bought a Galaxy SII over the weekend and wonder if anyone knows if there's a setting to hear myself speak when using the accompanying ear-buds. I mean, of course I know what I'm saying, but it's annoying to sound as if you're talking with earplugs in. Thanks.

I think I understand what you mean, but I'm not sure if you'd really want to hear yourself on the headphones... I know a lot of users complain about call quality when they can hear themselves (almost like an echo)... I may be wrong and it could be possible to get an app for it...

I'd just take one earphone out though, if it's a problem
