How to I uninstall marshmallow

On my Verizon Note 4 I keep getting stuck in the boot loop. I've tries clearing the cache and full factory reset it just will not work proper. How do I dump marshmallow and go back to the last lollipop version?

if it is not rooted, you are screwed, completely.

as of today, no one has yet developed a way to root MM on Verizon.
