How to implement pull to refresh on RecyclerView?

Is there any good resource on how to make something like YouTube's or Instagram's pull to refresh feature? Where to start creating those animations like rubber band effect? I have been looking on the web for some tutorial but surprisingly there isn't much resource on the subject.

I've checked that but what I'm looking for exactly is the pull down animation to implement with that.
