How to improve image quality?

hi guy, I'm a developer of livewallpapers. these days I've faced the image issues for users who have big screen phone(like evo user). So I wanna improve my image quality. any idea have?

I can't speak of lwp specificly but I've done a lot of print and web work and I've gotten the best results starting with larger images then scaling them down.
I don't know if the phones will auto resize but I'd say your best bet would be to design for the largest screen then see how It looks on other phones.

Don't know how familiar you are with graphics but images will still look good scaling down for smaller screens but get grainy and pixelated scaling up.

Evo screen is 480 x 800px, Droid X is 854x480px, Droid Incredible is 480x800px Only way, imo, (like Antron said) is to start of with a larger size and work your way down for other devices.

Starting small and enlarging usually produces bad results.
