How to install CM 10.1? (Full guide please)

I have a Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G (SGH-T699) running on 4.1.2 on T-Mobile and I want to root my phone and install Cyanogen Mod 10.1, as it has recently gotten support for it. The problem is, I don't know how to! I've never rooted my phone before and I want to do it right. If someone could make or link me a guide on how to do both steps then that would be great! Thanks!
