Root How to install custom rom ?

I HAV IDEOS u8150 i am dyin to install custom rom cm7 on it but will a connect my android with pc in bootloader mode and run install-recovry-windows.bat from pc nything happenes plz i need some angle who can teach me how i can install a custom room PLZ PLZ PLZ

If you can't see your device in adb because you don't have the proper drivers installed, it won't work. Try the pdanet route of installing drivers...
