To install a SIM card into your Galaxy S20 Ultra you need to:

• Find the SIM Card slot at the top left of your device
• Locate the small pin hole on the SIM slot
• Use your SIM Tool (included in your Galaxy S20 Ultra box) and insert the pin into the hole. This will eject the SIM tray.
• Use your fingers to pull the tray all the way out
• Place your SIM card face down into the tray with the gold contacts facing down
• Place the SIM tray back into the slot and push all the way in

A few things to remember:

• You can often use the SIM card from your old device
• It must be a nano-SIM
• 5G connectivity will depend on your carrier

You'll use the same directions to install a MicroSD Card into the Galaxy S20 Ultra.

Not sure if this was just me or not, but I found it a bit difficult to get both a SIM and a SD card in. The SD just would not seat properly and slide in, took me 30 min! Anyone else have any issues?
