Apps how to know an android mobile is Wifi or 3G enabled mobile

to run my application the android mobile should have WIFI or it should be 3G enabled.
how can i check.

Yes, I believe that all Android phones are 3G enabled (although you can also run them in 2G mode). I also think that all Android phones have wifi ... that's just the norm these days, for smartphones such as these.

Mind you, I don't think that is an Android requirement, so someone could put out an Android phone with only 2G and no wifi.
