How to leave Apps comments?

I always see comments people left at the bottom of the Apps screens. Where do you go to post these comments?

After you have installed the app, go to it in the market, choose stars and rate it, then you will see "post a comment" under your rating, touch that and the post box will appear

After u install an app, go back to the app's description on the Market, near the top of that screen u'll see five black stars. Tap on them to rate the app, then u can leave a comment.
