Help How to make a context aware launcher for andorid?

For my undergrad project , I want to make an android launcher that is context aware and can learn from the user's interaction with the phone as to what he used and what he searched. It would be able to talk to the user (AI chat engine).

I have no prior experience with android and have not worked with ML and clustering either. I have read about it though. Could you please help me get started with what all could be useful with ML libraries and other tools and libraries ?
