how to make our android tv box work ?

Hi Guys,

Merry Christmas for everyone who have a look for my topic !

I have a MXQ S805 android 4.4 tv box 1gb ddr 8gb flash xbmc preinstalled , i used it for several days ago !

But recently it suddenly can not work any more , Unfortunately when I plugged it in, it didn't work at all! I got the error message 'Check cable connection' so it looks very much like there is a faulty connection inside the box or in the HDMI socket (though visually it looks OK).

it's definitely not the HDMI cable as I have plenty of HDMI cables and have tested this with another working cable.

Also i tested with HDMI 1 or HDMI 2 also the same result , it still not work !

Anyone who have good suggestion what wrong with it ?

not sure i am in the correct area but i got a new Android mx tv box for chrimbo and i was working and the screen was to big so i tried to change the input from automatic to a setting and now the tv comes with mode not supported is there away to go into the box and change it back i would but the tv can display the picture now. can i maybe do it via the pc
