Help How to make someone call me when phone is on mute

I got a Samsung Galaxy s5 device.
Is there some sort of a "white list" where only people on that list can call me and make the phone ring when it's on mute? Even if there's a way to do it for only a single person, it would be great.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums YonatanN! :)

You can set your phone so that you only receive calls and/or messages from your Favourite contacts.

Settings > Sounds and notifications > Do not disturb > Allow exceptions > Calls/Messages > Calls and/or messages from > Favourite contacts only.

My settings got a "sound and display" section but in it, I don't have an option of "Do not disturb"..
My Android version is "4.4.2_EYAL_MOBILE" if it helps.

You appear to be on a very old Android 4.4.2 firmware for the Canadian model. This firmware, NCG, was released on the original Canadian models and your phone has not received any updates since then. The latest firmware for the G900W8, Canadian model is on Android 5.0, Lollipop, on OC2.

However, at some stage, someone has flashed this Canadian firmware to a T-Mobile (USA), model, G900T, on CSC code TMB. This would account for your lack of updates since then, as per the warning in the instructions of #1.11 of 41 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide.

To receive the latest firmware update, you will need to download and flash it manually using Odin and the aforementioned instructions.
