How to manage contacts across multiple GMAIL accounts?

Hi folks,

I'm looking for an app, either on phone or PC or web-based, that will let me review all the contacts I have across multiple Gmail accounts, reassign which account(s) that contact should live in, and merge duplicates.

The cause of the difficulty is that I've got three Gmail accounts of my own, one of which is shared with my wife for family stuff. She has several of her own, including a personal one, a work one, and so on. When she enters a contact, if frequently shows up on my phone since she by default enters it into our shared family account, bloating the heck out of my contacts.

To fix all these contacts, what I think I need is a program that would get access to all of our Gmail accounts, load the contacts, display them in an array, and indicate which account(s) they are presently associated with. Say, accounts in columns across the page, names down in rows vertically. I'd like to be able to use radiobuttons or some such to reassign which account each contact is to be associated with. Then, it would sync it back up to the various Google accounts.

Does such a beast exist? Doing it manually would be very annoying and time consuming. It seems like a simple app but I have not yet found anything despite googling around.

Thanks in advance.

That's a reasonable solution. Thanks. Will do it if I don't turn up an app to take the manual work out of it.

Btw, this is a great idea for an app if some developer is reading this. Many of us have several gmail/email accounts. I have one personal one, one business one, and one that I use for "junk" (I set this up before gmail upgraded to have tabs for promotional etc.). I used the "junk" one to give out to people/business that I didn't want to see come across my phone on a daily basis.
