How to measure FPS on competitor`s mobile games?

Hi,

I need to collect FPS metrics from competitor`s games (CoD mobile, PuBG mobile) on low-end android devices (Android 7). So I don`t have the source code. And there`s no build-in option to display FPS in those games. What can I use to do so?
From what I`ve seen there is very limited options on older Androids to collect FPS metrics.
