How to mirror S7 to Samsung TV

On my S7 ... previously I was able to select a YouTube video start playing it ... and by an option / command would bring it up on my Samsung TV.
Googling I find explanations to use Quick Connect ... but can’t find that on phone.
Have confirmed that my Phone can be connected to TV ... as it is ‘discoverred’ In Smart Things ... but can find no option to mirror screen.

OK ... does not work
It does 'discover TV' but only gives me option to view pictures on my phone (which do then show on TV)
There is no option to select browser or youtube app
