How to move apps to sd card

Does ne1 know how to move apps to and from sd card? The phone I'm using is a Huawei mate 9 running Android Nougat 7.0.

I guess that you must format the SD card as adoptive storage.

From Android 6.0 does not support software installed the SD card . it seems no other ways to slove this request

It hasn't officially been supported since 4.0 - for the last few years it's depended on the manufacturer whether it was there. Some manufacturers even kept it in 6.0 rather than the Marshmallow way (adoptive storage), but it's certainly less common.
