How to move files to SD card.

Using any file browser app.

If that doesn't work, what OS version are you using? 4.4 was particularly difficult.

Also remember that moving some files may cause problems. For example, if an app is set up to look for its files in a particular folder and you move them, that app won't be able to find them (unless there is a way of changing where it looks, e.g. in the app's settings).

Thanks for that reminder! An app might just sit there and pout if it wakes up and doesn't find everything in its place. Now, I have to ask this even if I look foolish, but honestly, nobody said anything about this on Samsung's Smart Switch website: can you use Smart Switch for file transfer on other things besides Samsung devices? I know they have a download for IOS too but all else I saw was 'Android' and no specific device required. I have used that one without difficulty and I am not at all knowledgeable.

OP, what did you mean exactly by 'one spot' on your Android? I may be the only person here tonight without the wit to know perfectly well what you mean but I am curious.
