How to move installed apps from internal storage to SD card in oppo A3s

One of my friends have oppo A3s with low internal storage. We have tried a lot to find a way for moving installed apps from internal storage into SD card but all was in vain. There is no such option in "storage" known as "change" which is in app management from where the apps are uninstalled. There is neither a option "format as internal" in the settings.

Oppo phones don't have it. and neither do Vivo, Huawei, Samsung, and Xiaomi. Really the only way have those features with that device is to root it and flash an appropriate custom ROM(if available).
 
Don't waste any time with this.
Half or less of an app was moved to an SD card back when it was possible, so it really was a waste of time and effort.

Get rid of some apps, or get a device with more memory.
Those are real solutions.
