Help How to open Android studio in Ubuntu 14.04 lts

I have installed Android Studio in my Ubuntu 14.04. To do this i typed the following in the terminal:

cd android-studio/bin
./studio.sh

Now in order to launch it I need to type the same in terminal every time. After locking it to launcher and then starting it doesn't launch. Any ideas
