how to open notepad html file in browser

As u knw for website making, we need to make a notepad file with html codes so how to open that html ( notepad or word ) file in chrome or any browser on an android phone?

I locate the .html file using File Manager and when I tap to open it, I'm prompted for the app I want to use. One of the options is the browser.

I assume this would work with most of the file managers available on Play.
