Use an app like Addons Detector to identify the apps which use airpush etc and uninstall them.
You'll be interested to know that Google recently updated the Play Store terms and conditions, and are banning most of the things that AirPush etc do. So hopefully in a couple of weeks this behaviour will start to disappear.
