The secure folder doesn't let you organize files like the Gallery does. I can't move files around or create and manage folders. Is there a way to do this or is there a better app?

If you're referring to Samsung specific Secure folder then you should go to Samsung website for instructions. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-is-the-secure-folder-and-how-do-i-use-it/ Always go to your phone manufacturers website for specific features.
