Help How to paste items on /system ?

I have Rooted android 2.3.4 Ace
my Diopen Chinese Keypad is gone so i will paste something on /system so that i will have it again unfortunately, all file explorer applications isnt allowed to edit the /system. does someone know how to browse and edit phone memory on pc or in the phone itself?

Get Root Manager, open it and go to /sdcard and copy your file, go to /system, click on the small button that says Mount R/W and then paste whatever file you have copied in the folder
