Help How to pimp my HTC magic?

When I bought my HTC Magic, it was brand new and shiny, especially since my previous phone was a Nokia with monochrome screen.

However, the shinyness-factor wears off ... now, I mostly use my it for mundane tasks, like checking sms messages, viewing my email or recieving phone calls.

I feel its time I paid some more attension to my HTC Magic, before it ask for a divorce ... but what can be done to make it look new and cool? I'm looking for anything -- like, is it worth replacing the keyboard?

Also, what's the most flashy 3D game it is able to run?

Best thing you can do is root it and install a custom ROM such as cyangenmod, then sit back and enjoy all the Froyo goodness. This'll unlease a variety of goodies for you to play with such as live wallpapers, etc.
