How to play audiobooks in my car with Bluetooth?

Bought a new Camry. Can insert only one CD at a time. I'm told that with the car's Bluetooth, along with some other device, I can download (?) and play entire books, so I don't change CD's while driving or stop to do it. What is/are my best bet/bets? Bt the way I do not at the moment have a smart phone.

If you purchase an Android phone, the Play Store app has many audio copies of books for purchase. The bluetooth allows you to wirelessly connect your phone to your car speakers in order to play the books.
