How to play street fighter alpha 3 on android?

I got bored in my dorm room and I decided to have some nostalgia like the good old atari games and looked it up in google but there is a lot of fake things as always. So by any chance anyone knows how to make that game work on Android?

I've used Mame4Droid to play old arcade games on my phone, like Street Fighter. This is on the Play Store and it's safe, with no necessary and suspicious permissions.

...however you also need to obtain the game ROMs as well, like Atari, Capcom, etc. But I can't really help you there, because of forum rules about copyright infringement. I assume you don't own a Street Fighter Alpha 3 arcade machine?

BTW I did buy this hand-held console last week, RS-97 RetroGame, that comes with 1,300 old arcade and console games
