how to play wmv file in html page

hi,
everyone, i wan to play a wmv file in a html file. we konw, if play the html in pc through ie browser, its so easy to play the wmv file embeded in html just call a wmp activex .
but if i want to browse the html file from android phone's sd card, and also want to embed a player(maybe not the wmp in pc) in html which to play the wmv file. who can give me some clues?

You can't play wmv files with android, its not a supported format.

I'm not sure about html embedded files, but you should be able to play wmv in Android phones by using special players like Windows Media Player or ArcMedia.
