How to pull contacts from Android to computer without using phone?

The display doesn't work on my phone, but I can connect it to my PC and see the contents. How do I proceed to grab contacts and other useful information?

Syncios doesn't seem to work and wants me to debug my phone, which I can't do.

Try : https://contacts.google.com/

If they are not there, let someone know which device you have.

If your contacts are not sycned with Google then you need to "export" them from your contacts app. That will save them to a vcard file (.vcf), which you can then copy to the computer.

The difficult bit is doing this if they display is broken. If you have a way of mirroring the display that doesn't require you to be able to see in order to turn it on then this is doable. Whether that's possible depends on what phone you have, which is one reason why Tony's question is important.
